• Manager - Business Development


    • Independently lead city/region with regard to all business & market development.
    • Primarily scout out and build a pipeline of prospects at big office parks, companies, and apartment complexes to deploy QikPod lockers.
    • Independently visit prospective large sites like office/tech parks and present the QikPod solution.
    • Constantly lead and monitor a city-wide team of Business Development Field Executives (BDFEs) to ensure alignment and coordination.
    • Dedicated and systematic follow-ups of prospects (both individual and those of BDEs) and nurture this pipeline of prospects towards positive closure and accepting the QikPod solution.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information, builds dashboards, and reports back to management.
    • Recruit, retain and motivate a regional team of Business Development Field Executives.
    • Responsible for physical deployment, maintenance, and up-time of regional locker network.
    • Has to troubleshoot and solve customer issues and complaints by personally visiting sites as required.

    Desired Skills

    • College graduates with 5+ years minimum experience in leading a team and zone/area primarily in local Business Development/Sales.
    • Should have good presentation skills. Excellent spoken & written English communication skills and spoken fluency in regional language.
    • Proficient in using spreadsheets/database apps, search engines, and business databases, etc. to identify contacts and leads.
    • High energy and enthusiasm, flexible team player who is well organised and very professional.
    • Travel constantly and extensively in and around the city to visit sites & clients 6 days/week which may include weekends using own 2-wheeler vehicle (travel allowance provided).
